Order Processing (Processing Time)

All orders 1~5 business daysIt will be processed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once the order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping period (transit time)

Shipping time depends on your location.

Expected delivery time is 4~20 business daysIt is.

The accurate estimated delivery date will be displayed at the time of payment.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, shipping carrier issues, or peak season periods.

Delivery possible areas

We provide delivery to all over South Korea and some overseas regions. You can check delivery availability and duration at the time of payment.

Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, through which you can check the real-time delivery status.

Duties, taxes, and fees

All prices on nutricity.kr include applicable taxes and import duties. In most cases, additional costs will not occur.

Damaged, lost, or missing shipments

If an item is damaged or lost in transit or some items are missing, we can help you as follows:

Damaged products: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging condition.
Lost shipment: If delivery tracking is not updated or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact customer support.
Missing products: Please report any missing items within 48 hours of receiving the product.
