Directions

Apply the compress for 10 minutes or as prescribed by your doctor. 5. Wait 2 hours after use before washing the compress in cold water with a mild detergent. 6. Air dry the compress for at least 24 hours before use. 7. Replace the compress after 6 months if using daily.
